The 2009 Acura TL is coming…is it a big threat to BMW’s 335i?

Hello Readers:

I just was wondering how you all think about the upcoming release of the 2009 Acura TL and if BMW should start panicking with it’s BMW 335i sedan? I put this question out at the BMWAtlantaBlogger page earlier and I am interested for your opinion, how you see it:

Is the TL a concrete competitor for the BMW 335i?
What speaks for BMW as the Ultimate Driving Machine?
What speaks for Acura with it’s Super Handling All-Wheel-Drive?

When time allows, I would appreciate your point of view, and if you see any other indicators if BMW is loosing it’s edge to be still the Ultimate Driving Machine.
